They are roommates and best friends who were always together… until things shift out of the friend zone. Once they find out their time together is limited, and an undeniable chemistry is unleashed, how will they figure out how to move forward as just friends?
Sunny Shelly’s Review: 4 Stars
The Friendship Equation is the first book I’ve read by Suze Robinson and I found this friends-to-lovers story very enjoyable. Adam and Molly have been best friends for years, and are roommates. They both have feelings for the other, but assume that they are friend-zoned. Just as Molly is about to move states away and take a job in NYC, everything changes between them… but is it enough for the chef and the math teacher to change up the equation of their friendship an become something more?
It is a mostly lighthearted read — aside from some drama with his ex — as best friends Adam and Molly navigate the changes to their relationship and finally face the feelings they’ve long had for one another. While Adam doesn’t want to hold Molly back from achieving her dreams, he doesn’t want to make not telling her how he feels his biggest regret in life, either.

I’m almost positive the rest of it wouldn’t have happened if I hadn’t been dangling off a hotel balcony with my lady parts in the breeze. And of course the one person to witness my mortification had to be HIM. Camden Cox.
Sure, today he’s gorgeous and wealthy, and fine, I can admit he has a great sense of humor. But once upon a time, he was the boy who loved to make my life miserable.
He no longer pulls my pigtails, but I know his type. He wants one thing, and one thing only. A chance to get in my pants.
Nope. Not happening. Not even with that sexy Southern drawl.
But I’m Sophie Abbott, and if there’s one thing I’m good at, it’s making a mess.
Only this isn’t just a mess. It’s a disaster. A Sophie disaster.
Because after a wild night in Vegas, I wake up naked in his hotel room.
And I’m pretty sure we got married.
Author’s note: An adorkable hot mess who throws a cocky charmer completely off his game. Plus a salty dad playing matchmaker, laugh-out-loud banter, a couch scene that will melt your Kindle, and the swooniest of swoony happy endings.
Marrying Mr. Wrong is FREE to read with Kindle Unlimited
Accidental marriage perfection! The opening chapter and meet-cute of Marrying Mr. Wrong had me in stitches: Sophie is rappelling out of a hotel room balcony with a bedsheet after getting herself in a bit of a pickle when a hot dude comes to her rescue. But she’s not wearing any panties. And the hot dude is Camden Cox, the grown-up version of the boy who used to pull her pigtails in 7th grade. Talk about awkward! But that’s not even the half of it because a few days later, Sophie wakes up in bed with Cox in Las Vegas, not knowing if they slept together but they did get married!
This romcom was a delight to read. Cox is a cocky, confident hero, and the fact that he’s married to the girl he liked back when he was 12 is like his childhood fantasy come true. Sophie is absolutely adorable. She’s a quirky accident-prone heroine, constantly tripping over her own feet. I can just imagine her “I’m okay!” in my mind because my own daughter falls and says it daily! They agree to stay married for 6 months in order for Cox to avoid another corporate scandal, and somewhere along the way, Sophie starts dating her fake husband. They are so sweet together — and seriously sexy, too!
But as much as Sophie and Cox seem to be smitten with each other in their strange dating-but-married relationship, there is the fact that they don’t know each other very well. And that sets the stage for some secrets and lies to come between them and rip them apart. I loved that breakup scene! Sophie showed such class and grace and was the bigger person, and Cox immediately knew that he was wrong in what he’d done the second she left the room. It takes some time for him to get his head out of his butt, but the guy goes all-out to make a lovely grand gesture — one that had me crying, it was so sweet!
As always, CK has an awesome cast of secondary characters, and I’m not even talking about the other Dirty Martini Running Club girls. (But seriously, Corban and Shephard teaming up together to go all big brother on Cox and protect Sophie was hilarious.) Oliver is a guy I’d want to be friends with, and I think Mel is my favorite new book dad. He and Cox’s mom were hysterical in their quests to marry off their kids. I would honestly love to see something, even a friendship, develop between those two!
I really figured that Sophie was going to end up with Nora’s half brother, Jensen, since she’d always been kind of tongue-tied around him. But I have to say, I loved absolutely everything about Cox and Sophie and they are perfect together! Bring on Nora’s book!

AUTHOR BIO
Claire Kingsley is an Amazon Top 5 bestselling author of sexy, heartfelt contemporary romance and romantic comedies. She writes books with sassy, quirky heroines, swoony heroes who love their women hard, panty-melting sexytimes, romantic happily ever afters, and lots of big feels.
My boyfriend’s billionaire boss always gets what he wants.
Menacingly handsome and unquestionably powerful, Theo Whitman need only snap his fingers to have a flock of supermodels fall at his feet. So when his steel gray eyes first meet mine, I expect him to pass right over me, to not give so much as a second thought to my presence.
Instead, he sees me.
Truly sees me.
And for a girl who prefers to hide behind her camera lens, it’s the most unnerving experience of my life.
Until he asks me to stay on his yacht for the summer.
All I have to do to earn my keep is be Theo’s on-call photographer when he has guests, and I’ll get a free ride through the Mediterranean with my boyfriend. Easy peasy.
Still, my skin prickles in warning when I say yes.
As the humid days fade into balmy nights, I can’t seem to avoid Theo. And when he finds me, it’s like a rabbit running into a wolf.
His intense gaze immobilizes me. The way he speaks strips me bare. Every brush of his skin sears me like a violent flame.
My boyfriend’s billionaire boss always gets what he wants.
I don’t know why I didn’t think this book would be angsty. I mean, it’s Kandi Steiner. But from the description, I figured it would be a billionaire/forbidden romance. And it was. But the angst factor kind of caught me off guard and blew me away! Well done!
I loved the picture that KS paints with this book, as Theo’s yacht sails around the Mediterranean. I almost imagined i was there myself! Aspen is kind of in way over her head, and the last person she thinks would befriend her on this trip is her boyfriend’s boss. When Theo is with Aspen, he’s like a different guy.
The sizzle between Aspen and Theo is off the charts, like… Joel, who? Oh yeah, this is a love triangle! There was no question in my mind that Theo, brooding, moody, Theo was the guy I wanted Aspen to be with.
And it’s not a love triangle in the traditional sense, because stoic Theo is just there to be Aspen’s friend and confidant (even if he does want more from her!). And as her relationship with Joel unravels as a result of this working trip, her friendship with Theo becomes so much more.
Close Quarters is unlike any other KS book I’ve read, but it has all the same heart, sizzle, angst and gave me all the feels. Theo is one seriously swoony hero!

Meet Kandi
Kandi Steiner is a bestselling author and whiskey connoisseur living in Tampa, FL. Best known for writing “emotional rollercoaster” stories, she loves bringing flawed characters to life and writing about real, raw romance — in all its forms. No two Kandi Steiner books are the same, and if you’re a lover of angsty, emotional, and inspirational reads, she’s your gal.
An alumna of the University of Central Florida, Kandi graduated with a double major in Creative Writing and Advertising/PR with a minor in Women’s Studies. She started writing back in the 4th grade after reading the first Harry Potter installment. In 6th grade, she wrote and edited her own newspaper and distributed to her classmates. Eventually, the principal caught on and the newspaper was quickly halted, though Kandi tried fighting for her “freedom of press.” She took particular interest in writing romance after college, as she has always been a die hard hopeless romantic, and likes to highlight all the challenges of love as well as the triumphs.
When Kandi isn’t writing, you can find her reading books of all kinds, talking with her extremely vocal cat, and spending time with her friends and family. She enjoys live music, traveling, anything heavy in carbs, beach days, movie marathons, craft beer and sweet wine — not necessarily in that order.
Eastern Lights, an all-new moving second chance romance and second book in the Compass Series from bestselling author Brittainy Cherry is available now!
I once met a man on a cold Halloween night. He dressed as a superhero, and I dressed in red. For one night, I was his break from reality, and he was the temporary fix for my broken heart.
Two years later, I was given the opportunity of a lifetime to become a senior editor at one of the biggest magazine companies in the world. The only catch? Nail an exclusive interview with New York’s finest bachelor: Connor Roe.
To the rest of the world he was becoming one of the wealthiest men in New York City. To me, he was simply my once upon a time superhero.
My job was to get an exclusive interview with New York’s hottest bachelor. Never in my life did I expect him to want an exclusive with my heart, too.
The only problem with my growing feelings for him? I was set to marry his new business partner.
“My favorite kinds of flashes of love came solely from the man sitting across from me.”
Eastern Lights was an emotional, gut-wrenching rollercoaster. And why shouldn’t it be? It’s what I’ve come to expect from Brittainy Cherry. I loved, loved, loved Connor and Aaliyah’s story, aka Cap and Red. From their first meeting on a cold Halloween night where they didn’t exchange names to their randomly running into one another two years later to their falling in love, I loved every moment of this story. The last five chapters had me sobbing, and it is so worth the book hangover!
We first met Connor in Southern Storm as Jax’s annoying teenage sidekick. Now he’s all grown up and a real estate mogul in NYC. We get to know why he was the way he was as a kid, and how he got to where he is now. And my heart broke for Aaliyah — all she wanted was a family of her own, a place where she felt like she belonged. And Connor is a workaholic who avoids commitments and relationships because he’s scared of heartbreak. But together these two complement each other so well, and truly save one another in ways they never expected.

From Wall Street Journal & USA Today Bestselling Author M. Robinson comes a new stand-alone romance with all the feels.
What happens when you make a pact with your boys to stay single and never fall in love?
Well, you get the Playboy Pact.
We were friends, her and I.
Best friends.
It was easy.
Simple.
Comfortable.
That was our dynamic.
We had a system.
An understanding.
An unspoken arrangement.
We were there for each other through thick and thin. We had an unbreakable bond. Nobody understood our friendship. Because a guy and a girl couldn’t just be best friends without emotions getting involved, right?
Without noticing, everything shifted, and I was experiencing all these new feelings…
Jealousy.
Possessiveness.
She’s mine.
Yeah…
For the first time in my life, Mila wasn’t merely a girl I trusted and hung out with on a regular basis.
An anti-dating pact, two best friends, a kiss that changes everything… The Kiss has a good concept, but I just didn’t FEEL the connection between Mila and Leo on a romantic level. Mila has always been the girl that Leo and his friends hung around with, until one day he realizes that he loves her. Um, okay. I didn’t see the development of those feelings. There has to be SOMETHING there for me to buy it. And I felt it missed the mark.
This story was well written, but I just felt like I was being told, not shown, that I needed to be rooting for Leo and Mila. They both seemed immature at the onset, and I still felt that way at the end. There wasn’t much growth on either of their part, and Mila was a bit width-washy.
There is also a lot of crude humor in here. A lot. Leo and his friends are constantly joking about their dicks, practically to the point where I rolled my eyes every time another joke was made.
I’m intrigued by these twenty something guys sticking to a pact they made to never fall in love after one friend’s parents go through a messy divorce. Interesting concept. But I don’t know how well that can be executed amongst a group of horny young professionals. But we shall see, as The Kiss is the first book in a new series about these pals.

A swoon-worthy romance from USA Today Bestselling Author J.H. Croix!
An ex-military pilot and a sunshiney barista take opposites attract to the next level.
I’m blaming it on the porcupine who broke into Cammi’s coffee truck. If that didn’t happen, I never would’ve kissed her.
I’ve spent years ignoring the spark that flares any time I get close to Cammi. I don’t do romance, and I don’t lose control. Ever.
One kiss will never be enough though. Not with Cammi. I can’t stay away from her. She’s sultry, sassy and a little sweet. In more ways than one.
But I’m not the guy for her. I’m cynical and jaded, and I came to Alaska to escape the ghosts of my past. I’m not planning to fall for a girl who’s looking for a fairy tale.
Except my plans don’t seem to matter anymore. Only winning her heart matters.
Evers & Afters was an okay opposites attract/small town/grumpy hero, ray of sunshine heroine story. I just didn’t love it. I hadn’t read anything else in the series previously, and although E&A is a standalone, I felt like I was plopped into the middle of a group of friends and couldn’t figure out the dynamics.
Elias and Cammi’s story is a slow burn romance with some nice sizzle and heat, but I ultimately just didn’t connect with the characters enough to get fully invested.

Pushing You Away is now available on all retailers!
I’ve been in love with my best friend Katie Walker for as long as I can remember. We may have shared our deepest, darkest secrets but that one I’ve kept to myself. Before I got the courage to confess my true feelings, my cousin Gabe moved to town and swept Katie off her feet.
I should’ve admitted how I felt but I couldn’t—especially once they got married.
When I caught Gabe cheating on his pregnant wife, I snapped. A deadly fight erupted and before I could comprehend what happened, I was charged with his murder and sent to prison.
The day I’m released, I go straight to Katie’s house. But after pushing her away for a decade while I was behind bars—she slams the door in my face—wanting nothing to do with me.
While she’s determined to pretend I don’t exist, this time I’m not going anywhere.
PUSHING YOU AWAY is a slow burn, angsty friends to lovers romance with lots of small-town, Southern drama. It’s book 1 in the Noah & Katie duet and must be read in order.
Ah! The beginning of Noah and Katie’s story was well worth the wait! Pushing You Away is the first book in a duet and ends in a cliffhanger, so reader beware.
But don’t let that cliffy stop you from reading this wonderful best friends romance. I wasn’t sure how this book was going to go since Noah has been in love with Katie for 15 years, is fresh out of a 10year prison stint and the reason that Katie was widowed before her son was even born. But Kennedy Fox did a bang-up job in telling this story.
There is hurt and anger on Katie’s part, not because she blamed him for Gabe’s death, but because he was her best friend and he pushed her away when he went to prison. All Noah wants to do is set things right with the girl who was once his everything. It does take some time before he makes headway, and there is a really tender scene when he finally gets to tell Katie why he pushed her away when he was in prison. Soon after, they admit their true feelings, and they can’t help but wonder if they’d shared those truths back in high school, how would things have been different?
I really like the friendship that is developing with Noah and Katie’s son, so I just know that is going to go to hell once Owen learns the truth! And like all the other KF duet books, there is a bit of a mystery that leads to the cliffhanger… I did not see that involvement coming and can’t wait to find out what the depth of that connection and revenge is about!

Meet Kennedy Fox
Brooke Cumberland and Lyra Parish are a duo of romance authors who teamed up under the USA Today pseudonym, Kennedy Fox. They share a love of Hallmark movies, overpriced coffee, and making TikToks. When they aren’t bonding over romantic comedies, they like to brainstorm new book ideas. One day in 2016, they decided to collaborate under a pseudonym and have some fun creating new characters that’ll make you blush and your heart melt. Happily ever afters guaranteed!
Her brothers call her a princess, but he tells her she’s a queen. His queen.
She’s the girl with three brothers. The scholarly one. The one with big dreams and a dark secret.
He’s her brother’s best friend. And the rich playboy who broke her heart.
Finn O’Connor taught Colleen Murphy what it felt like to be in love–and to have her heart broken and bruised.
When Finn appears at a family event a decade later, it all rushes back, and Colleen must fight to resist the pull to the wealthy bad boy she’d been reading about in the tabloids all those years.
Finn tells her he’s changed–but can Colleen trust him not to break her heart again?
And will Finn unlock Colleen’s secret? The one that’s kept her from ever letting anyone too close, including him?
Although she resists, Colleen is starting to wonder if Finn alone sees her for who she really is.
And though her brothers called her princess, Finn keeps telling her she’s a queen.
His queen.
Note to readers: This book contains scenes that may be triggering to survivors of childhood sexual abuse. The scenes are described as past events. No abuse occurs on the page.
For Your Love is a really heartwarming second-chance romance about Colleen, the only girl in an Irish American family of boys, and her brother’s best friend. She fell in love with Finn when she was 18, but he essentially blew her off as soon as they shared their first kiss and didn’t see each other for 10 years.
At Colleen’s father’s funeral, those old feelings that they’d both tried to bury come rushing back. A few weeks later, Colleen moves from California to New York, where Finn and her brother live, to take on a new job, and the stage is set for a reunion.
Their reconciliation is really sweet, and Finn is a pretty perfect boyfriend. He’s been in love with Colleen as long as she’s been in love with him, and there is a nice development between them as they get to know one another again and start dating.
This is the first book I’ve read by Kate McBrien and I really enjoyed it. I also thought she wrote the secondary story about Colleen’s sexual abuse really well. This story not just became about Colleen’s overcoming her past and facing her abuser but how it affected her relationship with Finn, how he handled it and how they moved forward as a couple. Meanwhile, Finn’s been through so much in the past decade following his father’s Bernie Madoff-type scandal, and it kind of colors every move he makes. When there’s an issue with the press, Finn really goes all out to protect Colleen and make her a priority.

Kate McBrien writes sexy and witty contemporary romance. She has an MA in art history and has taught art history at a local college. For many years, Kate has worked as a dental hygienist, courageously offering encouragement to her non-flossing patients.
She has always enjoyed writing but became more serious after being encouraged by a friend to participate in National Novel Writing Month. She began writing historical fiction but soon realized that the romance was taking over the history.
Kate is a San Francisco Bay Area native who lives near the beach with her husband and Lola, their spoiled Labrador Retriever. When not writing, she enjoys cooking, music, movies, reading, and fangirling over Jamie Dornan.
No, I hadn’t heard that Ryan Prince was staying at the very resort I had just started working at.
If I had, maybe I would have called in sick.
On second thought, maybe I wouldn’t have, because I really needed that paycheck. Being a single mother and having a lapse in child support had made me that desperate.
Still, I would have rather avoided the circus that rolled into Hawk Tail Resort and the man who sauntered in with it.
All these years later and he was still that same gorgeous football player I left behind in college.
Except now he wasn’t gracing the gridiron unless it was for a movie role.
I assumed he wouldn’t even recognize me, not with the actress on his arm and the crowd pressing in around him.
Ryan Prince didn’t just recognize me; the angry tilt of those lips on that too perfect face told me he remembered exactly what I did when I left.
I thought maybe this was a gift, a way to put the past to rest…but the look on his face told me he had plans to dig up everything that was unfinished between us.
The summer was about to end, but it felt like my penance for the last decade was about to begin.

Sunny Shelly’s Review: 5 Stars
Only Once is phenomenal. Emotional, heartfelt, tugs-on-the-heartstrings, had me on the edge of tears kind of phenomenal. From the first moment that Bexley runs into Ryan ten years after they split up to the very last page, I was hooked and couldn’t wait to see these two reconcile their past and get a happily ever after.
Ryan and Bex both have their insecurities when it comes to their relationship. I loved seeing how empty Ryan felt even though he was one of the most successful and popular stars in Hollywood. But when it comes to Bex, he always feels like he’s waiting for the other shoe to drop, like she’s going to break his heart all over again. He can’t help but feel jealous that some other guy made a family with Bexley when that was their dream together. And Bex has lived her entire life feeling like she was never anyone’s first choice, starting from when she was a little girl. When her relationship with Ryan was really put to the test back in college, she felt like he was picking his football career over her, and walked away — breaking both of their hearts in the process.
There is a really nice arc of growth on both their parts in this story as they come to terms with their past and figure out how to move forward. Ryan and Bex never got over the other and I loved how attached he was to her kids right from the start, making their relationship as much a family one as a romantic one.
It isn’t all sunshine and rainbows as these two hash out their issues. But the way it all comes together in the end is simply wonderful, heartfelt and full of promise.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Ashley was born in Nebraska, but raised in Oregon where she lives with her four children and husband.
If she’s not helping her husband with DIY projects around the house, she’s writing or sneaking off to a corner to read.
From USA Bestseller Natasha Madison comes a brand new Hockey series The Only One.
Nico
When I inherited the Dallas Oilers from my father , I became one of the youngest owners in hockey history. Even though the team was at the bottom of the hockey standings,
I had big plans to change that and bring the Cup to Dallas.
Falling in love was something I never believed would happen to me.
You’d think I was getting everything I ever wanted with the girl and the winning record, but I still have a promise to fulfill to my childhood best friend.
Becca
Never let them see you sweat has been my life motto since I decided to make a name for myself as the most-sought-after sport agent.
I know what it takes to close a deal, and only want one thing—to be the best.
Until I felt his touch one night, and everything I thought I knew was forgotten. Nico is everything I’ve never let myself want.
But all my cards came crashing down the minute I read the headlines.
I wasn’t sure what to expect from Becca and Nico’s story, but of course, Natasha Madison gave me a winner! Becca is such a kick-ass heroine. She’s strong and fierce and doesn’t take crap from anyone. Nico is a bit of a workaholic as the youngest team owner in the NHL, and he’s often been at odds with the sassy sports agent. Even though they have mutual friends, Becca and Nico aren’t really super close themselves… but one night, things flip like a switch for both of them, and they can’t stop thinking about the other.
I really loved the sizzling sexual chemistry between these two. It’s hot and their friends with benefits relationship always has that *Something* more simmering underneath. Falling in love kind of sneaks up on both of them, and then BAM! They are ripped apart because of a promise Nico made to his childhood best friend.
I didn’t see that twist coming. Well, I kinda did, but I didn’t see the twist on the twist coming. And when the news breaks and Becca finds out from the sports headlines, my heart broke for them both. I loved how cool she was about it, not confronting him, ignoring him… That is class!
Nico is miserable without Becca, and his big move to win her back is swoony! I loved the journey that these two took, and their HEA was awesome! I received an advanced copy and voluntarily left a review.
