Sunny Shelly’s Review: Mr. July, by Jax Hart

Title: Mr. July
Author: Jax Hart
Genre: Enemies to Lovers/ RomCom
Release Date: May 4, 2021
Charm. Old money. A six-pack. Loves dogs. He’d be the perfect guy–if I wasn’t suing him.

He has no idea I’m the girl he swore to have his day in court with. I lied. Gave him a fake name. I couldn’t wait to see the look on his face when we’d meet again in small claims. But the kiss we shared under the stars was explosive. Fueled by months of pent up anger. Maybe he had figured out who I was afterall, the girl who fell for Mr. July.
Authors Note: This is a full length 60k plus word standalone novel. HEA no Cheating.

Sunny Shelly’s Review: 4 Stars

Sizzling hot and full of laugh-out-loud moments, Mr. July is a perfect summer beach read!

Chase and Ryan definitely get off on the wrong foot, and that just sets up a delicious slow-burn romance between these two. Thanks to a little meddling from Ryan’s grandma! Witty banter, swoony moments, and sizzling chemistry — Mr. July was an absolute delight.

I haven’t read anything by Jax Hart before, but I definitely want to check out the next book in this series, between Chase’s best friend Hunter and his sister Charlie. One of my favorite tropes!

I received a complimentary copy and voluntarily left a review.

Jax Hart: Singer, a songwriter, living creatively through art. Dirty Romance author from the great state of Washington. Duke is his first full-length novel. He generally hates most people, plays the bass guitar, and enjoys camping trips with his son.
