From USA Today Bestselling Author Kat Savage comes Rumor Has It, a small-town, friends-to-lovers romantic comedy, full of laugh-out-loud moments and enough steam to get the wrinkles out of your shirt.
ELLIE I’ve been friends with Theo Jameson since he defended my honor in third grade. He’s my bro, my bestie, my knight in shining flannel. But after an unpleasant night at the local bar, I’m experiencing feelings I don’t even understand. Not to mention, everyone in town seems to be whispering about it.What they’re saying isn’t true, but I find myself wishing it was. I keep daydreaming about him. about us.
THEO The moment I rescued Ellie Hayes from uncertain danger in elementary school, I knew my life would never be the same. She’s my best friend, my confidant, my hero. She’s not one to make trouble but that all changed at our favorite watering hole. I’ve never seen her that mad and maybe it’s just me, but it was hot.Now I got friends asking me how long we’ve been secretly going out and everytime I deny it, I wish I didn’t have to.
Sunny Shelly’s Review: 4 Stars
I was a big fan of Kat Savage’s Men of Birds Eye series, so I was excited to dive into a new series. And Rumor Has It did not disappoint. It’s a fast-paced best friends-to-lovers story about a quirky, curvy heroine and her best guy friend, who has kinda always been in love with her. After things go sideways one night out at the local bar, Ellie starts looking at Theo differently.
This book was a refreshing story as Theo and Ellie cross over from being friends who love each other to being *in* love with one another.

After the death of my husband, I drowned myself in flowers, a bittersweet memory of the good times we’d shared. I’d had the good fortune to fall in love with a man who wasn’t great with words but understood the language of flowers. There had been flowers for every occasion, which culminated into the biggest flower delivery of all, my own shop in the small town of Willow Valley, Peggy’s Petals. So I spent all my time and energy building my small flower shop.
Eight years later, my friends are trying to encourage me to move on, but how does a person do that and leave behind the guilt they hold? Instead, I tried something safer. My best friend, Trinity, suggested I join the Army pen pal program. It seemed the safest way to test out the waters with someone new, and the best part, we’d never meet, or so I thought.
Ethan
I’d now been widowed longer than I’d been married and thanks to countless deployments, I knew the men under my command better than I knew my own daughter. As I neared retirement, I wanted to change that. I started talking to my daughter. She explained that she had been doing some volunteer work for a non – profit. She was starting a pen pal program for military men and women and she wanted me to get involved.
Apparently, all I needed to do was write a pen pal provided by the non-profit. So, I signed up, and began exchanging letters. This went on for a few months. The more I knew about her, the more I wanted to know. Then kismet played its hand. Melinda, my daughter, and Peggy, my pen pal lived in the same small town.
As I prepared for retirement, I finally knew where I wanted to settle down. The military had given me an amazing life, now I wanted the job of being a family man, which meant being with my family. I planned to move to Willow Valley, build a relationship with my daughter, and if I had my way, build one with Peggy too.
Letters From The Heart is a sweet, but highly emotional, story about navigating grief, moving on without the person you thought you would spend forever with, and finding love again after loss.
Peggy and Ethan first “meet” through a military pen pal program, which gives them a strong friendship and a lot of time to get to know one another without any pressure. After he retires, he moves closer to his daughter, and he and Peggy get to know each other in real life. While there are already feelings there once they meet in person, Ethan and Peggy still struggle with having lost their respective spouses.
This is a relatively short book and a good story. There were times that I thought Peggy was just way too much and I just wish she would have moved on already. But overall, I enjoyed it. This book could easily be a Hallmark movie.

An avid reader all her life, S.L. Sterling dreamt of becoming an author. She decided to give writing a try after one of her favorite authors launched a course on how to write your novel. This course gave her the push she needed to put pen to paper and her debut novel “It Was Always You” was born.
When S.L. Sterling isn’t writing or plotting her next novel she can be found curled up with a cup of coffee, blanket and the newest romance novel from one of her favorite authors.

From Wall Street Journal & USA Today bestselling author Natasha Madison comes a stand-alone small-town, second-chance sports romance.
When two worlds crossover. From the This Is Series and The Southern Series.
Things are supposed to go smoothly on your wedding day.
Aren’t they?
Sofia Barnes
I’ve always loved to play dress-up.
Creating fake weddings was my childhood pastime.
Now it is my dream come true.
I’ve finally been handed my first client.
But nothing could prepare me for who greeted me when I walked in.
He was my first kiss, my first everything, including my first and only heartbreak.
Now I have to plan his wedding.
Matthew Petrov
My family is filled with hockey royalty.
From my grandfather to my uncle to my father.
Now it is my turn to work my way up the leaderboard.
I had everything that I’ve ever wanted in my life.
Or so I thought.
Nothing could prepare me for coming face-to-face with Sofia.
I knew her inside and out.
She knew my inner secrets.
Two years ago, I let her go, and now she’s planning my wedding to someone else.
They say time heals old wounds. They lied.
Maybe she was just mine to take.
Matthew and Sofia’s second chance at love in Mine to Take was perfection! Natasha Madison seamlessly combines two of her literary worlds (Southern Heat and her popular hockey series) in this next-generation crossover novel.
I felt every ounce of the angst and betrayal and hurt and regret between Matthew and Sofia from the moment he walked into that meeting. How would either of them survive Sofia planning his wedding to another woman? Well, they wouldn’t, since they are both still hopelessly in love with each other. Thankfully, it never comes to that because Matthew wisens up, calls the wedding off, and sets out on a mission to win Sofia back. With some hilarious support from Uncle Matt and Uncle Max!
This story checked all the right boxes, and combined everything I love about Natasha’s hockey world with the small-town feel of the Southern books. And NM really blew me away with that tease at the end for Dimitri and Addison’s story, coming next!

Meet Natasha Madison:
When her nose isn’t buried in a book, or her fingers flying across a keyboard writing, she’s in the kitchen creating gourmet meals. You can find her, in four inch heels no less, in the car chauffeuring kids, or possibly with her husband scheduling his business trips. It’s a good thing her characters do what she says, because even her Labrador doesn’t listen to her…
From Wall Street Journal and #1 Amazon bestselling author Winter Renshaw comes a fast-paced, emotional romance about what happens when the wrong twin falls for the right man.
Being an identical twin has its perks, but when my sister asked me to sub in for a date with Roman Bellisario, I wasn’t exactly thrilled. Sure, he’s sinfully handsome and successful, but he also got me fired from my dream job three years ago.
This time, my sister’s promotion is riding on this date, so I have to say yes. And as it turns out, we’re strangely perfect for each other. I sell art. He collects it. We’re both obsessed with the same obscure, mysterious artist that most people don’t even know exists.
Roman is guarded, though, and I can understand why. He’s a widowed single dad. But as one date leads to another, he starts to let me in, and I can’t help but fall for him.
The problem is Roman still thinks I’m my sister. Is our twin swap going to be the best thing that ever happened to me and Roman—or the lie that tears us apart?
Sunny Shelly’s Review: 4 Stars
You or Someone Like You was a delight! I thought Sloane and Roman were great characters, very relatable and likable, and I thought that the relationship between them was well-paced. The whole lying-about-being-her-twin-sister thing aside, of course!
I was hooked on this pairing from the start, their dud of a first date. As their “hanging out” evolved and they got to know one another better, I enjoyed seeing their growing connection. I totally felt Sloane’s guilt in letting Roman continue to believe that she was Margeaux, and I loved seeing Roman coming out of his grief and letting himself develop feelings for someone else besides his late wife.
While Sloane and Roman are both keeping a secret from the other (and I figured out his rather quickly), her lies were much bigger than his. She just knew it was all going to blow up in her face, and boy, does it ever. But the breakup is not dragged out, and once Roman gets past his initial hurt over Sloane/Margeaux’s behavior, he makes a Grand Gesture to win Sloane back that was positively perfect.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR:
Wall Street Journal and #1 Amazon bestselling author Winter Renshaw is a bona fide daydream believer. She lives somewhere in the middle of the USA and can rarely be seen without her notebook and laptop. When she’s not writing, she’s thinking about writing. And when she’s not thinking about writing, she’s living the American dream with her husband, three kids, the laziest puggle this side of the Mississippi, and a busy pug pup that officially owes her three pairs of shoes, one lamp cord, and an office chair.
Winter also writes psychological suspense under her Minka Kent pseudonym. Her debut, THE MEMORY WATCHER, hit #9 in the Kindle store, and her follow-up, THE THINNEST AIR, hit #1 in the Kindle store and spent five weeks as a Washington Post bestseller. Over the years, her work has been mentioned by The New York Post and People Magazine, as well as optioned for film and television.
From the author of Warrior Blue comes an emotional, gritty story about redemption, love, and an antihero with a desperation to achieve his lifelong dream – to be a good man.
Are you ready for redemption?
My name is Soldier, but I was never meant to be a hero.
From the moment I was born, I was looked at as a beacon of hope, a guiding light—a savior. But that type of pressure can drive a man to desperation, to do things he shouldn’t, and in my case, that’s exactly what happened.
All I ever wanted to be was a good person, someone my grandparents could be proud of, but for a long time, I couldn’t find the strength to be proud of myself.
I paid the price.
I did my time.
Yet … somehow, I got lucky.
I was given a second chance to do better, to be the man I always believed I could be. And after finding the love I never knew I deserved, I’m starting to wonder if there’s still room for me to be a hero after all …
Soldier Mason’s story in Saving Rain is a phenomenal, heartbreaking, inspirational tale of survival, redemption, forgiveness — and an anti-hero finding love in a world where he thought he wasn’t meant to be happy.
Told completely from Soldier’s POV, this story unfolds in Before chapters and After chapters. Soldier has been dealt one crappy hand after another in his life, and at the crux of everything he has ever done was protecting his drug-addict mom. One stupid decision alters his life forever, leaving Soldier to spend a decade in jail. After he’s released, he is given a second chance at life thanks to Harry, one of the prison guards who took a liking to Soldier, knowing that he wasn’t at all the bad guy he claimed to be but rather a kid who got caught up in a bad situation. Soldier is able to turn his life around thanks to Harry’s help, and that’s when he meets his inquisitive young neighbor, Noah, and falls for Noah’s pretty mom, Ray — or Rain. As it turns out, these characters are connected in more ways than they know.
This poignant story wasn’t a light and upbeat one by any stretch, but it was positively magical. Both Ray and Soldier are survivors, and my heart broke for both of them — where they’d come from, what they’d been though, and the obstacles they faced to be together. Ray was a balm to Soldier’s tortured soul, and for Ray and Noah, he got to do what he does best: protecting.

Well done, Carrie! Bittersweet is the start of a great new series by Carrie Aarons. It’s a small-town, enemies-to-lovers, hate-to-love, celebrity, hometown hero, neighbor romance with a dash of suspense thrown into the mix for good measure.
Cassandra is a famous actress at a crossroads in her life when her estranged father passes away and she is left to settle his affairs in the small Pennsylvania town where everyone hated him and, by proxy, hates her. Falling for her neighbor Patrick, Hope Crest royalty, was not part of the plan. They get off on the wrong foot, but it’s not long before they fall into a friendship of sorts. They each had a secret crush on the other when they were teenagers, so it was a sweet payoff when they finally get together.
Of course, there are bumps in the road — his dad wants her family’s land, danger from Cassandra’s past reappears in the present — but Cassandra and Patrick fight it together in this swoony, sexy and sweet small-town romance!

Meet Carrie Aarons
Author of romance novels such as Fool Me Twice and Love at First Fight, Carrie Aarons writes books that are just as swoon-worthy as they are sarcastic. A former journalist, she prefers the love stories of her imagination, and the athleisure dress code, much better.
When she isn’t writing, Carrie is busy binging reality TV, having a love/hate relationship with cardio, and trying not to burn dinner. She lives in the suburbs of New Jersey with her husband, two children and ninety-pound rescue pup.
One Month with Vince Tanev: Tampa’s Hotshot Rookie
Twenty-four-seven access on and off the ice.
The headline says it all, and my bosses are over the moon when the opportunity of a lifetime lands in my lap. Of course, they aren’t aware that I’ve already met Vince Cool at an all-star gala — and that we were at each other’s throats the entire time.
It doesn’t matter that he’s the kind of hot that shows God has favorites — messy brown hair, heated hazel eyes, the smirk of a rockstar, and a scar over his eyebrow that makes every woman particularly feral.
He’s a rich, cocky playboy — a brand I’m all too familiar with, and one I’m determined to never be around again.
But after my coverage of the gala stirs up buzz, the team’s General Manager and my CEO strike a deal. To help fill the arena at home games, I’ll get up close and personal with Tampa’s new shiny toy. Whether he’s at practice, playing in a game, partying, or drinking coffee half-naked in his condo — I’ll be there for all of it.
Vince gets under my skin like no one else. It isn’t long before that paper-thin line between hate and lust blurs, and being around him every waking minute of the day leaves no chance to escape his devilish stare.
The air crackles between us. The tension is hot enough to melt my inhibitions.
But I know the way this story ends. I’ve lived it once before.
As much as I work to guard my heart, my body is a traitor — and if this man puts his hands on me, I know I’ll submit to desire.
I thought one month with Vince Tanev was a game I could win easily.
But I might have just met my match.

Anyone have a hose? I need to cool off after reading Vince and Maven in Meet Your Match!
I love a sexy hockey romance, and Vince and Maven had sizzling chemistry. Plus, it’s a he-falls-first story! Vince and Maven come from different worlds, and their first meeting is not quite a meet-cute. So there is tons of tension between them when she is assigned to cover the hot new rookie for a month. Kandi Steiner wrote a delicious story between these two, complete with witty banter, oodles of chemistry, angst, and loads of spice.
This was a fantastic start to a series, and I can’t wait to see Vince’s teammates in action in future books!

Falling hard for my ex-boyfriend’s rugged older brother was never in the plan. Beckett Miller may be my brother’s best friend, but he’s also the last person on earth I want to ask for help. He’s stubborn, demanding, and doesn’t care at all what people think of him—everything his little brother wasn’t, and definitely everything I should not want.
Thanks to my own stubbornness and my three infuriating siblings, he is the only one who can help me renovate my beloved aunt’s farmhouse. Beckett thinks I’m a doormat, and I know he’s an arrogant prick, but toss in one late-night game of tipsy strip poker, and before long, endless summer days turn into scorching nights. Every stolen touch—every kiss—is wrong in the best ways.
I can fix everything around me: my friends’ problems, my brothers’ love lives, maybe even the decades-old rivalry that divides our cozy coastal town. So Beckett’s snarl and heavy sighs are no match for me.
The only thing I can’t seem to fix is the way my body reacts when he swings a hammer. I built walls to protect my heart after what his brother did to me, but I’m finding it could all come crumbling down with just one touch.

Ah, another great small-town romance from Lena Hendrix with just a hint of forbidden: not only is Katie the little sister of Beckett’s best friend, but she is his brother’s ex! Add in a grumpy hero, small-town shenanigans, a pesky rooster and a home renovation, and this book has all the makings of a perfect sizzling small-town romcom!
I adored the hate-to-love transformation between Katie and Beckett. They both had such misconceptions about the other, and I loved how they pushed one another’s buttons. On top of that, Beckett has some serious self-esteem issues that he’s grappling with, thanks to his parents thinking he wasn’t good enough bc he opted for a blue-collar profession rather than taking over his dad’s corporation.
There are many obstacles that these two have to overcome, but it’s a wonderful ride as they get there. It’s swoony, sweet, and sexy!

Description
Jared was my everything until an ocean separated us and he abandoned me when I
needed him most. He forgot the promises he made. Forgot the love he swore was eternal. It was over before it began.
Now, he’s a hot commodity, universally adored, and I’m the woman no one wants. Pining for a boy who no longer exists is pathetic. Years pass, men come and go, but I
cannot move on.
I didn’t believe my fractured heart and broken soul could endure any more pain. Until Jared rocks up to the art gallery where I work, with his fiancée in tow, and I’m drowning
again.
Seeing him brings everything to the surface, so I flee. Placing distance between us
again, I’m determined to put him behind me once and for all. Then he reappears at my door, begging me for another chance.
I know I should turn him away. Try telling that to my heart.
Tell It To My Heart is a rollercoaster of emotions! Sydney and Jared were childhood best friends turned high school sweethearts until a falling out between their families led to the end of their relationship. They both felt abandoned and betrayed by the other. When they cross paths again 10 years later in Italy, could it be time for a second chance?
There is a lot of angst in this book, and it was so well written. Layer after layer was peeled back like an onion, revealing everything that happened in the past when Sydney and Jared were ripped apart. My heart broke for all that Sydney had gone through, but she was a fighter and clawed her way out of (what she thought was) a horrible relationship with her controlling dad to make something of herself.
Fate kept putting her and Jared in each other’s orbits, and they slowly began rebuilding their friendship. The love between them was never lost, but the obstacles facing them in the present day seem insurmountable: their parents, his pregnant psycho ex, the media attention… It’s a lot for this couple to wade through, but their love for each other is unwavering.
This book is a standalone, but there is overlap with several other Siobhan Davis books. Sydney was a character caught in a triangle with Sawyer and Xavier in the Rydeville Elite series, and the guys play a big part in Sydney now getting her HEA with Jared. Ryder and Zeta from Only Ever You also play a part in the story, as Jared’s band is signed to Ryder’s label.
This was a beautiful story of true love, second chances, healing and rebuilding trust. I received an advanced copy and voluntarily left a review.
Hunter McQuaid is definitely a fish out of water. Or maybe a shark out of the tank. He’s a cocky, arrogant, playboy. Something he shouldn’t be considering he can barely scrape together the rent for his craptastic apartment. After an ill-advised one-nighter with him, I end up pregnant. Which puts me in a precarious position. I can’t be pregnant and also protect my daughter. Because protecting her means risking my unborn child. There’s no way to protect them both. Until my cocky, arrogant, playboy baby daddy, who is SO not father material, comes up with a plan. Hunter becomes my protector. My savior. My doting fiancé. The problem is, it’s all fake. And if my father finds out about it, I may end up worse off than before. Falling for my fake fiancé is not what I expected. I’m in deep. And I’m swimming with sharks. But I’ll do anything to protect my kids. Even if it means breaking my own heart.

Wow! I was not expecting Hunter and Willow’s story to be so intense!!!
Once again, Pappy Tucker McQuaid has made a bet with one of his wily grandsons. This time, he dares Hunter, who has made something of a career out of sports betting, to live with a pre-determined amount of cash in a run-down building in New York City. Hunter planned to spend the year of his dare counting the money he’d get from his grandfather at the end — he never imagined he’d fall in love with the single mom he has a one-night stand with shortly after he moves in.
Meeting Willow changes everything about Hunter. My heart broke for her and the situation she was in. She was in an impossible situation and was trying so hard to protect her daughter, Izzy. Things get even more complicated when Willow gets pregnant, and Hunter steps up big time to protect his “fake” fiance.
