Matthew and Sofia’s second chance at love in Mine to Take was perfection! Natasha Madison seamlessly combines two of her literary worlds (Southern Heat and her popular hockey series) in this next-generation crossover novel.

I felt every ounce of the angst and betrayal and hurt and regret between Matthew and Sofia from the moment he walked into that meeting. How would either of them survive Sofia planning his wedding to another woman? Well, they wouldn’t, since they are both still hopelessly in love with each other. Thankfully, it never comes to that because Matthew wisens up, calls the wedding off, and sets out on a mission to win Sofia back. With some hilarious support from Uncle Matt and Uncle Max!

This story checked all the right boxes, and combined everything I love about Natasha’s hockey world with the small-town feel of the Southern books. And NM really blew me away with that tease at the end for Dimitri and Addison’s story, coming next!
