Some of Marus’ actions are creepy and borderline stalkerish. But just suspend belief and go with it, because this is an incredible story of love, redemption, sacrifice and forgiveness. I really would have loved to have gotten some chapters from his POV, especially in the time lapse between their break up and when he comes groveling back.
