Like, I was ready to pack it in because I was almost halfway into the book and they were still tap-dancing around their attraction to one another. But I stuck it out and I’m glad I did. There is a real sweetness to Van and Stella — especially how far he goes to protect her when everyone is on the hunt for the missing country star, and what he does to win her back.
Puck Love has a funny cast of supporting characters, as well. I adored Emmett’s sense of humor and how he tried not to fanboy, and I am so hoping that Eli and Lana get their own story! You know there is something sexy and torrid brewing between those two!
