Sunny Shelly’s Review: 5 Stars
Ditched was absolutely delightful! Remember EJ and Knox’s friend, Becket, from He Loves Me… Knot? Now the football pro gets his own story!
Ivy and Becket are complete opposites, but they just worked. She’s a professional relationship-ender, and he’s an NFL quarterback looking for a long-term relationship. She is reluctant to get involved with him, but hesitantly gives in. Their banter is witty and engaging, and I was already a fan of some of the secondary characters in this story, so getting to see how Boldt weaves these standalones together was like catching up with old friends.
The drama level in Ditched is relatively low, which made it even more enjoyable for me to read coming off of a mind-bending angst-filled book.
I really hope that Tank has his own story coming soon, too! I received an advanced copy and voluntarily left a review.
