Maybe we started this whole thing a little backward, sex first and getting to know each other after. But I’m starting to let my guard down, my untrusting heart beginning to think that maybe fairy tales do come true. Even for me.
I feel beautiful and hopeful when he worships my body. I feel dirty and naughty when he whispers filthy things in my ear.
But is it real? Can something so naughty really be good for me?

Wowza! Dirty Talk was full of Dirty Talk! But Lauren Landish made this story so much more than just smut and sex between Derrick and Kat. The relationship between the main characters — a love advice radio show host and a techie coder — evolves from the moment Kat calls in to Derrick’s show and organically grows to a phone flirtation and more, before they even meet.
Behind the sexy advice and dirty talk, Derrick is such an old-school gentleman. And Kat has been so burned from her past relationships, she is unsure if she can trust Derrick the man, not Derrick the DJ. The little things he does for Kat are so simply sweet, and I totally got it when she felt like he was too good to be true. Even I was waiting for the other shoe to drop… and when it did, it was a doozy. But because this story has a wonderful HEA, Derrick steps up to be the absolute gentleman that Kat’s gut was telling her he was, and their love story became so much more than the dirty talk that initially brought them together.
