Corrupt, an all-new romantic standalone from Jessica Prince is available NOW!!
Garrett Wilder is rich, famous, and totally bad for me. After one night that ended with me wanting to punch him in his face, the self-absorbed rockstar has become a permanent fixture in my life…
Whether I like it or not.
Now I’m forced to see him every day, and that shield I put up to protect my heart is quickly crumbling to the ground. I’ve gone from hating him to craving him. And the scariest part is that he feels the same.
He wants to know me.
He wants to own me.
He wants to corrupt me.
And if I’m not careful…
I just might let him.

Sunny Shelly’s Review: 5 Stars
When the book opens, Garrett and Gwen share an awesome connection. I really thought this story was going to take a different turn — he got her, she stepped out of her comfort zone with him, she had no clue he was a huge rock star, which would make him want to hang on to her forever. Yeah. Not so much. By the next morning. Garrett is revealed to be a mega, womanizing jerk.
SO… the thing that will eventually have Garrett coming back to knock on Gwen’s door could have been avoided. That was just stupidity on their parts, BUT it was a necessary evil in order for the ensuing drama between these two.
Having lost both of her parents, Gwen has some pretty big walls erected around herself. And after everything that Garrett put her through before he comes begging her to let him into her life, she has plenty of reason to want to keep him out. But she makes him jump through some pretty big hoops — all of which he does. Time and time again. I have to say, he definitely changed my opinion about him, and after a while, I just wanted to scream at Gwen to just let him in, already!
The story is told solely through Gwen’s POV, and while I would have loved to have read Garrett’s insight, Prince did a banging job at Gwen’s inner dialogue. There were plenty of laugh-out loud moments, and just as much emotional turmoil as she struggles with her insecurities and not being enough for one of the hottest drummers in the musical world. But ultimately, Gwen realizes that she and Garrett fit one another perfectly.
The supporting cast of characters in the Civil Corruption crew were just as entertaining as Garrett and Gwen — I can’t wait to see where this series goes! I received an advanced copy and voluntarily left a review.

About the Author:
Born and raised around Houston Texas, Jessica spent most of her life complaining about the heat, humidity, and all around pain in the ass weather. It was only as an adult that she quickly realized the cost of living in Houston made up for not being able to breathe when she stepped outside. That’s why God created central air, after all.
Jessica is the mother of a perfect little boy–she refuses to accept that he inherited her attitude and sarcastic nature no matter what her husband says.
In addition to being a wife and mom, she’s also a wino, a coffee addict, and an avid lover of all types of books–romances still being her all time favs. Her husband likes to claim that reading is her obsession but she just says it’s a passion…there’s a difference. Not that she’d expect a boy to understand.
Jessica has been writing since she was a little girl, but thankfully grew out of drawing her own pictures for her stories before ever publishing her first book. Because an artist she is not.
